The BluePrince IVR uses the latest technology to provide jurisdictions with the ability to receive and provide permit, inspection, and code enforcement information and requests through the telephone.

Permit and inspection status is available whether the permits and inspections were entered in the office or via the Internet.

Using an extremely flexible configuration, jurisdictions can customize their IVR to offer information in a variety of languages, including English, Spanish, German, and Italian, among others.  Callers are able to choose their language choice on their first call, and the system will remember this preference for future calls.

Voice Recognition

Built into BluePrince’s IVR is the latest in voice recognition technology, in addition to typical keypad entry. Voice recognition allows users to have telephone access to important development data when their keypad is unavailable.
